Mediation is process in which a neutral third party (mediator) helps people who have disputes, resolve the disputes without having to go to court. Not only is mediation much more cost effect than litigating issues, but you can also customize your divorce/separation decree and/or parenting plans.

For instance, you as a parent know your family better than the court and can therefore design a parenting plan that is just right for you. If you are divorcing without kids, mediation may also be best to assure assets and debt gets divided in a way that works best for both parties instead of having the court split everything in half.

When mediating, it is important to have a mediator who is experienced in family law. The mediators below have the kind of experience it takes to successfully mediate even the most difficult cases. Contact one of the mediators below to help you resolve your most difficult issues.
