In Arizona, a Special Real Estate Master may be appointed by the court to assist the parties in dividing and disposing of community real property.  The Special Real Estate Master will like be the person listing the property for sale and will help resolve any disputes regarding price, repairs any other issues that may arise between a divorcing couple when separating property.

When choosing a Special Real Estate Master, if the parties cannot agree, the court may ask each party to provide a list of names from which they will choose and appoint the Special Real Estate Master.
